Organtra is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users’ personal data. This Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our operations coordination and team management platform.
2. Information We Collect
We collect account data (name, email, phone, password), address for geocoding, organization and event data, and member information. We also collect usage data, technical data (IP, browser), and use cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use it to provide and improve services, geocoding, notifications (WhatsApp/Twilio, email/Resend), authentication, support, analytics, and legal compliance. Organtra does NOT use your personal data for AI or machine learning training. Data is processed only for platform operations, technical improvements, and aggregated anonymized analysis.
4. Sharing and Security
We share with Google Maps API, Twilio, Resend, Supabase/PostgreSQL, and Mixpanel under confidentiality obligations. We may also share when required by law or to protect rights. We implement encryption, access controls (RBAC/ABAC), monitoring, backups, and security updates.
5. Retention and Your Rights
We retain data as long as necessary. When you close your account we delete or anonymize data except where retention is legally required. Under applicable law (e.g. LGPD) you have rights to access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. 6. Cookies, Minors, Changes, Contact
We use cookies for session, preferences, analytics, and security; you can control them via your browser. The platform is not intended for users under 18.
