Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Organtra platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Organtra is an operations coordination and team management platform that allows you to: manage organizations, members, and clients; create and manage events with location and times; allocate members to events based on proximity and availability; manage schedules; send notifications; and audit actions.
3. Use of the Platform
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your account secure. You agree not to use the platform for illegal purposes, access restricted areas without authorization, interfere with the service, transmit malware, collect other users’ data without consent, use bots or automated access, or impersonate others.
4. Data and Information
We collect addresses (for geocoding and distances), phone numbers (for WhatsApp notifications via Twilio), and emails (for auth and notifications). Organtra does NOT use your data for AI or machine learning training. Data is used only to provide and improve the service, process allocations, send notifications, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations. All data is stored securely and encrypted.
5. Third-Party Services
The platform uses Google Maps API, Twilio, Resend, and Supabase/PostgreSQL. By using the platform you agree to those services’ terms.
6. Responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate information and ethical use. Organtra is not liable for temporary outages, data loss due to technical failures, or disputes between users.
7–11. IP, Modifications, Account Termination, Governing Law, Contact
Platform content is Organtra’s intellectual property. We may modify these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. You may close your account at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. These Terms are governed by Brazilian law.
